• Initiated by Clarence King and Bill Jones

• Importing Fife from England in 1982

• The Gibson Fife show cage was first built in 1983

• By 1995, thanks to the efforts of IFFCA, the Fife Fancy Canary had earned it's place in the National Bird Show with 90 entry birds for three consecutive years
